Gastronomic Adventure
Overview
If you want to get to know our gastronomy, Guavate is the perfect place for you!
About the experience:
Guavate is a place located in the mountainous area of Puerto Rico with a great variety of restaurants perfect to enjoy traditional dishes such as: roast pork, barbecue ribs, rice and beans, “pasteles”, pavochón (pork and turkey), Puerto Rican desserts and “piña colada”.
During this adventure you will be able to enjoy a taste of juicy smoked pork with toasted and crispy skin that we call “cuerito”, in any of the Lechoneras that serve their food like a cafeteria. It is important to note that most of these restaurants serve outdoors, so it is recommended to wear light clothing according to the season you are visiting us.
Other things you will enjoy during this trip:
Other typical dishes such as rice with pigeon peas, boiled bananas, sweet potatoes, tostones, mofongo and the best, music and family environment.
